Visit With a Physician
To schedule an appointment, please call 378-2141 during business hours. If you briefly describe your concern to our receptionist, it will be easier to schedule a suitable length of time for your appointment. Multiple concerns may require more than one visit.
New patient forms are available online to help you prepare if this is your first visit.
We will make every effort to honor your scheduled appointment time, but occasionally emergent situations create delays. If it works better for you, we are happy to reschedule your visit. Everyone on the staff appreciates your patience on these occasions.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so that someone else might have an opportunity to use that time.
