FINANCIAL POLICIES, FEES AND BILLING

Our fee schedule is based on procedure codes developed under national standards.

You are responsible for payment of your bill. Fees for all services are due at the time of your visit. Any unpaid balances will be considered overdue after 30 days. In the case of minors, the adult guardian/supervisor seeking care is considered the responsible party. We accept cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, most debit cards, and personal checks. IIMC offers a 20% discount for payment in full at the time of service, if paid by cash or check. The discount cannot be offered to payment made by credit card, or for payment of contracted co-pay amounts.

IIMC is currently contracted as a preferred provider with the following insurance plans:

We are REQUIRED by all of our contracted insurance carriers to collect any appropriate co-pays at the time of service. IIMC will submit a one-time claim on your behalf to all insurers, even those we are not contracted with.

If you need financial assistance for health care, please contact the IIMC Billing office at 378-2150 for information on how to apply for Charity Care. For women aged 40-64 who are either uninsured, or under-insured, information about the Washington State Breast and Cervical Health Program is also available. For more information, or to apply online, go to: www.doh.wa.gov/WBCHP/

After Hours / Emergent Services are always available. A $150 deposit against your account is due at the time of service for all private pay patients, non contracted insurance plans, or out of the area residents. This is not considered payment in full, and you will be billed for any additional balance in excess of this deposit. If your deposit exceeds the billed amount, you will receive a credit. You will receive an itemized statement with all charges for the visit.
